Directions to Camel Chute Campground
We are located just North West of Ottawa in the small town of Griffith, Ontario.
From Ottawa:
- Take Highway 417 West/Trans-Canada Hwy
- Turn left on Calabogie Road/County Road 508
- Turn right on Black Donald Road
- Turn right on Centennial Lake Road/County Road 65
- Follow Centennial Lake Road and turn right on Matawatchan Road
- Camel Chute Campground is on the right abour 1/2 a km down the road on your right.
From Toronto:
- Take Highway 401 East
- In Belleville take 37 North
- Take Highway 7 to Kaladar
- Turn left in Kaladar on Highway 41
- Take Highway 41 all the way to Griffith
- Turn right on Matawatchan Road, drive 10 km
- Camel Chute Campground is on the left
From North Bay:
- Take Highway 17 East toward Ottawa
- Turn right in Pembroke onto Highway 41
- Turn left onto Highway 41/Highway 60
- Turn right onto Bridge Street/Highway 41 at the traffic lights
- Turn right to stay on Highway 41
- Turn left on Matawatchan Road, drive 10 km
- Camel Chute Campground is on the left
